Hi everyone im getting a little agitated at the moment i want to take closer macro shots, im sure i read somewhere you can get a clip on or clamp on kit so its possible to add an extra lens to the s4000 is this the case or did i dream it ?also is there any extra accessories for the s4000 because i cant find any any where thank you Tony :)

Hi folksI have recently bought a fuji s4240 bridge and i have a question about the continuous burst mode. In the manual and on the lcd screen it has different pictures under the 'continuous' mode.....however there is no description of what they mean. A couple i could understand but here are some that i would love some help and elaboration on...Top sixFinal sixLong periodTop 20 (camera with m under it)Top 40 (camera with h under it)What does the 'm' and 'h' indicate??

A friend brought me over a lens today, I don't have a camera body to use it on just yet was wondering if any one knows what the number is.The lens is a 52mm lens filter size, Focal MG Auto 1:2.8 135mm No.k8578421 it came in a Ricoh old fashion type case. Might be nice to know what kind of camera it is for.Thanks

Hi,Just had my HS20 EXR delivered and to be honest i am a total novice but willing to do the foot work to progress, and want to progress.Could anyone give me any pointers with this camera to start with? should i stick to EXR auto mode until i get the basics or is that too point and shoot.Any help would be much appreciated.Rob

I have been looking at reviews of Understanding Exposure by Brian Peterson and Collins Complete Photography Course by John Garrett.Both books seem to get loads of praise, the second has projects to work your way through too. However, reading between the lines, I'm not sure if these are geared more towards film SLR users, rather than Digital Bridge cameras or DSLR's.Does anyone have any experience of using/reading these books? or does anyone have different book recomendations for me please?

Hi,In the last couple of months my s1600 has started to constantly confirm that the focus is ok rather than take pictures when the shutter button is completely depressed. I have to repeatedly press the shutter down and even then taking a picture is intermitent. I have tried all of the various modes and settings and even reset the camera and redownloaded the firmware but to no avail. Can someone please help?Simon

I use inexpensive macro filters, there is a focus issue to learn due to the being close up, positioning the camera to get best focus quality and sharp photos is the only problem I find in using the filters.Howver a lot of the photos I take that are close up or macro I don't use the filters, the macro and super macro work quite well.I also use an adjustable neutral density filter, a circular polarizer filter, UV filter and a Graduated Neutral density filter.

I am trying to find one with a decent camera as the one I has is only 5 megapixels and actually looks more like 2.The one I think is the best is the new HTC One S. Hi have loaded the cd rom, and got all the right bits, but when I click on upload and plug in my camera, its not recognising I have plugged anything in to the laptop, so tells me to still connect device ? the camera has an orange light flashing and reads usb, so that thinks im connected. Bit lost with this, as my old fuji was simple pug it in and user windowsn download all done in minutes.What am I doing wrong ? Thanks

In the manual it states that on AUTOFOCUS MODE (Page 50) has 4 options for selection CENTRE, MULTI, AREA, TRACKING. On my camera I only have the option of 3 omitting the Area selection for precise focusing, is this a fault of my camera or am i doing something wrong. any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
