Is your camera still under warranty?................................If so get in touch with Fuji that looks like a faulty sensor.

Have to agree with Jim...I think your camera has a built in ND filter for altering aperture selection and it looks like it might be partially in play (quite how it works I am not sure).  Try setting the camera on M and selecting the aperture manually ( your user manual will tell you how), perhaps this will restore it, else I fear its a return for refund, exchange or repair.
