S2750HD Tracking Auto Focus

I have been trying to take pictures of my fish but because he moves so much it's really difficult to get a photo that is in focus. I read elsewhere that there is a tracking focus option on the S2750HD but I cannot select the option. In Manual mode, I select menu but when I scroll to AF Mode it is greyed out and unavailable to select as are the focusing and photometry options.
Does anyone know of any reason as to why these are unavailable?

Hi,I have the HS20 and on that you have to select S-AF to get Tracking, if you're in C-AF you won't get it,hope this helps.

On my HS10, you have to turn off face recognition before this option becomes availabe (the face recognition is a kind of tracking auto focus). Try that and see if you are then able to select tracking focus in manual mode.
