Changing the date on the F550EXR

Help! When i first turned on my camera i was in a hurry and set the language to english and started to set the date but realised i should probably read the manual first so i turned it off. Now i can't for the life of me, figure out how to get back to the change date area of the menu? It references it in the manual only for the initial setup which i messed up, but not how to get back there.

This is a travel camera and you would think it would be easy to change time settings. I can't find anywhere where to change time or date.

Thanks to FUJIFILM Australia who have supplied the answer.
To change the date and time setting on your FUJIFILM FinePix F550exr camera please follow the steps below.
1. Please make sure you are in shooting mode and not in the playback mode, to do this please turn the dial so the camera icon is selected
2. Press the Menu Ok button
3. Press the arrow left and then arrow down to the set up option
4. Press arrow right and the date and time feature should be selected
5. Press arrow right and this will take you into the date and time option where you can manually select the date you would like
6. When you have adjusted the settings to your preferenence and changed the date and time please press the menu ok button, the date and time will now be saved.
7. Press the DISP button on your camera to return back to the shooting mode

Thank you so much for that. Mine was ex demo so already set up and i was tearing my hair out trying to work it out. the manual has a serious omission.

Thanks for that! It worked for my camera ; a FinepixAV10 ; too. The manual isn't much good really.
