Photoblog Problems!
Is anyone having problems `as i am` entering a new blog into the photo blog section? I already have one blog `Caving underground in the yorkshire dales at White scar caves` which appears to be quite a success (if being at number 4 in the most viewed is anything to go by), but i,m now finding it almost impossible to enter a new photoblog onto the site! For the past 2 days i have tried & tried, only to find problems with photos loading into the blog ie taking what seems like for ever before it loads and then in some cases not even loading at all. And then when i do finaly get the blog finished, (which has been taking hours), i check everything is ok hit the `SAVE` only to find the blog hasnt saved or gone into the photoblog section but has simply `DISAPPEARED` wasting 2 days of my time and effort. This is now becoming very annoying & frustrating. I am giving it another go today to see if i have any luck but wondered, "Is anyone else experiencing the same problems"!! Thanks Paul.

Hi Paul - Yes here's someone else who's recently experienced exactly the same problem - the 'Save' button appeared to clear down all my pictures and narrative, leaving me with just the blank title page. . Hopefully Mr Finepix will see this thread and be able to shed some light on whaht's happening. Sadly i don't think he'll be able to magic our blogs back though.

Thanks Chris, I hadn't seen that. But I'm sure I did have 3 sections to start with, and I'd been able to add more as I was going along, and go back and make corrections to the text. I blamed myself for working on it so late at night.

I've just done my first blog only, like Sue.P for all the content to vanish. I don't know whether to do it again now or wait a couple of days.

Thanks for your replies, much appreciated. So it appears i`m not the only one to be experiencing problems with the photoblog. I have now tried doing it again today, (for the 3rd day running) and luckerly this time it was successful and my new blog `A week at the cottage, in the yorkshire dales` has FINALY been added into the photoblog section. However, just like others who have commented on this, it seems it doesnt necessarily mean it is all now fixed & ok. (As it obviously isnt), and as Sue,P has said, Mrfinepix needs to be looking into this problem, as in the case with me, i`m sure it is causing many other members A LOT of frustration & annoyance when spending thier own time compiling a blog only to see it all simply `DISAPPEAR` infront of thier eyes when it is finaly saved. (which infact it hasn`t been doing). And what makes it even worse is that once again as Sue.P has said, All this lost work cannot be retrieved so has to be done all over again & then, `Hope for the best`. Paul.
PS - Just to also add, good luck to all those other members who are trying to compile & enter a new blog. And to ALL those who have been unfortunate enough to suffer the same problem. My sympathy is with you, as i know EXACTLY how you feel.
(My photos may not be the best but they represent a part of my life to share with those who care to look)

Been there...done that...last week. On my very first blog ever. The solution to the problem, came in the answer to a corrupt loading / compiling page, which only showed ONE download sector, instead of THREE. I will not even attempt to start another blog till I'm sure this problem at least, is sorted.

Hi,Just had another blog disappear."http 500 server error",can't upload .What a waste of time and effort.That's three attempts this past week;all have failed.

Hi Paul its very frustrating to upload photos on here sometimes but as i found when using firefox it was very difficult then i changed to google chrome which made a massive difference for a while but is still better than firefox and internet explorer, itsobviously been worth while persoirvering so well done for that
