Unfortunately myself and Technology are travelling in opposite directions at a thunderous pace.  It is for this reason that I find myself here.   I would like to thank anyone and everyone for looking and leaving comments on  the Photographs Ive submitted to the Gallerie.  I would sincerely like to be able to just hit the  "REPLY TO COMMENT" button___Hint.Then leave a thankyou note,  or a reply to a question or two.Ive tried everything... apart from writing letters.    So,

G'Day All,Regarding comments made on our photography ...I was wondering if there is a way for us to see our pictures in an order of their most recent comments (or likes) ?If not, it would be a great idea to be able to do so.Kind regards,Jeff

Many thanks to all that commented on my first blog, unfortunately I got a bit carried away with photos, far too many. I think I would be posting photos till next x-mas, so I have slimmed the blog down. I apoligise to anyone who commented on my blog that has been deleted it is no reflection on any comments that you made. I will try to keep blogs a bit shorter next timeCheers Eddie

As there is such a lot of discontent around the single photo blog it would seem that the problem may be two foldIf photoblog comments enabled a photoblog to be sent to the top (as in the Forums) then good photoblogs would be easier to find, and more visible to the single photo posters as what receives a lot of attention. It may also stimulate them to ask 'How do you do that?'If the link to Fuji's own video on doing a Photoblog was put in the introduction in that section people would more easily find out how to add more than one photo.

I've only been a member for a day or two and i posted pics in my gallery knowing that eventually someone would like/comment one or two of them but i was wrong i have had quiet a lot of you look/like and some make comments already. Was just wondering how you came to see my pics, i don't imagine you all sitting there looking at everyone pic posed there are not enough hours in the day for that, is it that your just looking at a certain type of pic and mine was in there somewhere?

strikes me that in order to get a decent amount of comments or views you have to get your TITS out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Im not asking for any comments or views, its just my opinion!

Odd question maybe , but when someone comments on a pic in the gallery for the weekly IHC what is the etiquette for replying ? In the comments on the gallery , in the discussion , or message the person via contact .Similariliy what is the norm for standard gallery comments ?Rich

Hi has anyone noticed that a lot of people are viewing the photos but are not leaving comments. On the old site on comp entries it showed you how many comments but it doesnt on this one, or am i missing it? Is it because when you leave comments you have to go back to the beginning again!

I find it slightly strange how one photo I have gets 106 views and only 3 comments, albeit very good comments, and another gets only 40 odd views but 13 comments. I know it is time consuming, but while you're looking, give a comment or two.I, and many other beginners, do appreciate cc as it helps improve. So if you view could you please leave a small cc.

has anyone else had very weird comments left on their blogs by someone with the screen name "rgrea" from Albania......I probably should just push the ignore button but was just interested to see if anyone else has the same strange comments from him/her left on their blogs.

While browsing thru the help section, under competitions i found this..........."Do you take members comments and ratings into account as part of the judging process - Yes"On the old Fuji site, it was always maintained that the number of comments had no bearing on who Mr Fuji (or Gladys!) chose as winners!I'm not sure I'm happy with this, as at least if it was just Fuji judging, then the judging would be done (I assume) by pro togs who know what they are talking about! What does anyone else think?

If you are the owner of any of the latest NIK software products, then check to see if you can have an uodate which will give you all of the products for free. Google bought NIK sometime ago and are now running this program. If you are interest in buying NIK software then they are offering the whole suite for $149, which is a discount of 70% from the original suite price, but if you search the internet for NIK discount codes there are lots of blogs and photography sites offering 15% discount codes. Google will honour this which brings the price down to $126 or about £84.

Hi,what is the users on heres experience of the HS20 image quality in comparison to the S4500?I personally don't like the s4500 I'm afraid to say(I really want to) I know the hs20 or Hs10 has the same zoom range bu is it a better quality lens?I do like the look of it with the flip out screen & barrel zoom, but dont want to go through hassle of eBay sale if its not that much different.apologies if I'm not allowed to discuss selling etc on here, I was just wondering.any info much appreciated.
