Mr FinePix, would you please take a quick look at my post of 14/08/12 meant for someone called teza13121961. He asked me for help using the 'contact' button. Unfortunately, he hasn't got his 'contact' button enabled so I can only reply through this forum.

As far as I can tell he only joined a short while ago. I am assuming that he isn't sure of what to do. I don't want him to think that I am deliberately ignoring him and he hasn't responded to my post. Is there any way that you are able to reach him and point him in the right direction, please?

I may be wrong but using such a strange personage sounds a little spammy to me.

Like any strange or unwanted E a mils I would just ignore them. If it is genuine or important they will either try again or find another way.

Hi Chas, He has a camera registered and his full screen name is teza13121961 but does not have his 'contact' button enabled. He also has a photo' of 'himself' posted.

Still, never mind. I just don't want people thinking that I ignore them. Thanks for your response. You are correct, I can do no more.

Hi ya Jan, he also has a competition entry and his gallery is filling up. You could try leaving a message in comment on one or two of his images. Looking at his screen name, I reckon young Teza will be 52 on 13th of December! http://www.myfinepix.com/user/900109

Well its not this Tez or Tezza, but I do agree about the contact button, maybe the default should be set to enabled as it would be easy enough for someone then to just ask how to disable it, rather than the situation that often happens when you cannot get back to someone because they are new to the site and are not aware. I also think that the Fine-pix notification is a bit odd as I always find myself making a reply and clicking send, only to discover I have sent it to the Fuji help desk, I did it the other day when returning a message from Ian (Wanilson) and I am still not sure he received it. When I had remote release brackets available to HS10 owners I lost track of people contacting me and I could not reply to them, it makes you feel bad because people may think you are just bad mannered and did not bother to reply, something our members would certainly not do after receiving a genuine contact message I'm sure.
