These are the answers to the questions we get asked most often:


Why have some of my pictures disappeared from my gallery?

When a piece of content is reported by a MyFinePix member, it is instantly hidden from view on the live site. This is to ensure that we comply with various legal requirements in the many countries around the world in which MyFinePix is now live.

The reported content is then reviewed by one of our moderation team as soon as possible after reporting. Please bear in mind that this may be longer at the weekend than during the working week. The moderator has three options open to them depending on how serious the breach of our terms of service is deemed to be:

Allow - The moderator believes the content to be suitable for MyFinePix and returns it to the live site where it can once more be viewed.

Warn and remove - The moderator believes the content to have breached our terms of service or to be otherwise unsuitable for MyFinePix. They will permanently remove the content from the live site and email the member in question to let them know why their content has been removed.

Ban - The moderator believes that the content represents a very serious breach of our terms of service or the member in question is a repeat offender. The member will be banned from MyFinePix and all of the content which they have uploaded will be removed from the live site.>

Can I upload images to the MyFinepix site that have not been taken on a Fujifilm camera?
You can upload any image to the gallery, providing it complies with the guidelines we have published here http://www.myfinepix.com.hk/about/community_guidelines

I can't log in to MyFinePix or I keep getting logged out

MyFinePix, like most websites, requires users to have cookies enabled on their internet browser to keep them logged in as they move around from page to page.

Most browsers have options to allow cookies to be used. This can usually be found in the "privacy" area of the website. You need to check that your browser is accepting cookies.

Why have I not received a confirmation email?

When you complete the registration process, we will send you an email from this address Theteam@MyFinePix.co.uk

Please check that this email address is not blocked by your own in-box or check to see if any 'anti-spam' filters are automatically rejecting emails from this address.

How do I change my MyFinePix password?

To change your password, log in and go to User Profiles.

Click on Edit and you can change your personal details.

If you are unable to log in, please click on Request Password on the homepage and input your email address.

We will immediately send you a link that will allow you access to the site to re-set your password as detailed above.
