These shots of yours Ian bring back loads of happy memoirs when my mother tooks us all back to Carlisle to my grandmothers for our hoildays, and we allways had a weekend at the lakes and even a mystery tour on a Ribble bus to the guessed to the lake district. thank you Ian.

Great image with a great reflection of the sky colours. Could be cropped a litlle bit from the bottom right to take off the dust.

Wow, Light is such a poerful thing and I feel like the picture brings warm into the person and it is really a good sunset.

A beautiful shot Ian, how did I miss this one,! A lovely red sunset showing the rippled reflections, Brilliant!. Was this taken from the Waterhead end Coniston Water? this is in contrast to my early morning misty shots.

Hi Colin, yes it was taken amongst the brambles just off the road along the top of the Lake, had the scratches to go with it!!
