Two Male Mallards Sharing a Moment!
Caption:
While swimming together in a local lake, they came together, head to head, then swam off together. I have not seen this unsual behaviour before!

These ducks imitate mountain goats! It's good they do not have horns!

Brilliant capture, made me smile, haven't a clue what it means, they do look rather angry, head butting Mallards Candian style, still smiling!

A brilliant capture Eleanor, wonderful colours and a very interesting shot. Ducks sometimes are spoiling for a fight when they do this, especially at this time of the year when the females are in season. I hope this one did not turn into a fight they can be very aggressive. Very well captured, Pam.
