Smashing shot Glynis, lovely detail and colour, great backdrop also. Not a criticism i think i may have cropped that distracting vertical branch out, just a thought and only my opinion, it does look grand as it is.
A nicely captured moment. This is one of the best things about spring, all the birds showing off and feeding their chicks. making lots of good photo opportunities.

Lovely capture of the `Mistle Thrush`, haven`t seen one in my part of england (in real life) for years.
