I agree with Kymbo! The detail on the coat is amazing, very dificult with a black dog, and the popping is perfect.

Jen, it's where the image is converted to black and white and a part is picked out or 'popped' in colour, in this case his eyes.

A great shot - as others have said, the detail in the textures is amazing. But I do prefer the original.
In some ways it's quite similar to the dog pic in my gallery, but I think yours is far better.

I love dogs and this is one of the very best b/w dog portraits i have seen, the beautiful colour of his sharp eyes stand out fantastically and great job removing the lead, i would never have known if you had not mentioned it, all in all a fabulous pet portrait and very well done and a big like from me.

My only critisism is that you can see where you have taken the lead away, it is very fuzzy
