Update to the Photoblog Uploading interface

We have changed the Photoblog section of the site to help users create better Photoblogs.
We were not happy with the way the old system work as it seemed to encourage users to merely upload one picture and then write some text.
Hopefully the new system will encourage people to share even more of their lives in pictures

i am really happy with the Fuji decision no longer to encourage single photo blogs together with the other improvements included.
