I recently joined this forum, but there doesn't seem to be a review of one of my Fujis, the s5000.
Even though it's an old, 3mp camera, I absolutely love it & wouldn't get rid of it. The picture quality is great, it focuses really quickly and it has a host of useful features. It's small, light & easy to use, with a decent zoom (10.7x)
In paticular, I like the burst mode which will take 5 shots.
There are disadvantages such as the small screen size, but you can grab one for a bargain price now.
The above pics were all taken with the s5000 and with the exception of the white flowers, are unedited.

Thanks for posting this up - proves that you don't need loads of megapixels to get great images. Hope the camera continues to give you years of good service

I've had this camera for years and never been disappointed with results. Have taken literally thousands of pictures. Have had a handbag sized Lumix model for convenience, but still return to the Fuji for best results - especially good for pictures of children
